Bohac Statement Regarding Sunday’s Elections in Iraq

AUSTIN—State Representative Dwayne Bohac (R-Houston) made the follow statement on the floor of the Texas House of Representatives this morning regarding Sunday’s elections in Iraq:

“Yesterday was a watershed moment for world history. Democracy took a huge leap forward in Iraq. Let us recognize the bravery and courage of our military, poll workers and those who voted yesterday in Iraq.”
