Volunteers Needed for Critical Texas Senate Runoff Election

Joan Huffman is the Republican candidate in a special runoff election scheduled for next Tuesday, December 16th. Judge Huffman is running for a seat in the Texas Senate which includes precincts in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston and Jefferson counties.

There are only five days left until the special election runoff next Tuesday, December 16th for Texas Senate District 17 and Republican Joan Huffman needs our help.

Please join Joan and her team at one of the six Joan Huffman Victory Centers throughout Senate District 17 and volunteer a few hours of your time. There are volunteer phone banks and neighborhood block walks running every day between now and the election, and we have posted the shift schedule below.

Even if you only have time to volunteer for a couple hours, that time will help elect Joan Huffman to represent District 17. In such a close election, one person volunteering for one hour can make all the difference. This is one of the last races of the 2008 election cycle nationwide, and it is critical that we protect the Republican majority in the Texas Senate.

With less than one week left, the only way Joan can win is through a strong volunteer get-out-the-vote effort from supporters like you during these final days. Whether you live in the district or not, there is no higher priority at the moment for conservatives than to help elect Joan Huffman to the Texas Senate.
